• Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
• Custom-made products such as prescription lenses are non-returnable.
• The original receipt must be provided to complete the return.

• • If the payment was made by debit/credit card, please be aware that the refund process is not time-specific and may take a minimum of one week or longer, depending on the bank.
  • Customers may request an immediate cash refund instead, subject to a 2.7% bank fee deduction from the transaction amount.
• Insurance-Related Invoices:
• • Invoices related to insurance claims are non-refundable unless a written confirmation or official email is received directly from the insurance company.
  • Please note that the refund process in such cases is subject to the insurance company’s procedures and may take additional time.

🔁 Exchanges

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Only one-time exchange is allowed per item.
• Exchanges can be made for items of the same value or higher (with the price difference paid by the customer).
• The original receipt is required to process any exchange.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Opened contact lenses or those not in their sealed original packaging.
• Prescription eyewear after lenses have been customized.
• Discounted or promotional items (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect).

⚙️ Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will repair, exchange, or refund the item based on our customer service team’s assessment.
